Abu Dhabi, UAE, 12 January 2024: LEAD Real Estate Developer has announced that its first tranche of properties on the iconic Jubail Island are ready to handover to homeowners. The process will take place over a carefully planned phased handover approach, starting from January 2024, to ensure a seamless and efficient handover process and, at the same time, allow for a smooth move-in process for homeowners.

Pre-handover inspections will be conducted in phases, with the first group scheduled to start from mid-January. In preparation for the handover, Jubail Island’s dedicated handover team is continuously communicating with all homeowner groups.

During the pre-handover inspections, the handover team will be offering a range of support services throughout the transition period, including inspection reports to ensure transparency throughout the process, guided tours of units to highlight various features and amenities, and assistance to homeowners with utility connections and other handover queries.
