Furthermore, H.E. Hamad Rashid Al Nuaimi holds the roles of Chairman and Board Member in various government and private institutions, including investment firms.

Mounir Haidar is a seasoned expert in developing massive infrastructure projects and a successful real estate property developer, with an impressive career spanning 40 years during which he has worked with globally renowned engineering, construction, and real estate development firms. Over the course of his professional career, he has successfully spearheaded and delivered a diverse portfolio of multi-billion-dollar projects, demonstrating his expertise in planning and realizing intricate infrastructure and newly built mega communities across the UAE, USA, and Europe. Mr Haidar was a key member in the planning and development of key real estate projects in Dubai including the Palm Island. He was the Chief Executive Officer for Sorouh Real Estate, a PJSC established in Abu Dhabi with a portfolio of more than $10 billion in real estate projects. In 2010, Mounir Haidar took part in the founding of LEAD Development, a comprehensive real estate development company. Under his leadership, LEAD Development, planned and delivered uniquely designed master-planned communities with a development value of more than $7 billion.

Dr. Sahli holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and is a licensed professional Engineer in the State of Virginia. During his 35 years of experience in real estate development, he has held key senior positions and delivered large-scale projects in the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Anthony has over 40 years’ experience as an architect and city planner, with extensive expertise in planning, designing, and managing large, complex mixed-use projects globally. He has successfully developed projects in 30 countries, employing a client-centric approach that ensures efficient and creative delivery, resulting in commercially successful built works. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, and dual Master’s degrees in Architecture and City Planning (with an emphasis on Environmental Design) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Ali holds a Master’s in Finance from the London School of Economics and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in both the UK and the UAE. He has worked in numerous sectors, including international real estate development and investment, healthcare, banking, and private equity.

During his 24 years’ experience in real estate development, Mahmoud has held managerial positions with major real estate developers in the UAE. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Architecture from the American University of Beirut and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU.

With over 27 years of experience in real estate development across the GCC and Middle East, Muhye Dein has led major mixed-use developments and built and scaled up successful businesses. He played a key role in scaling a Dubai based real estate venture, driving growth through an entrepreneurial approach.

Previously, he held senior positions in global organizations overseeing development, design, delivery, sales, and operations.

Muhye Dein holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Project Management from the University of Aleppo, Syria.

Said Mneimne brings over 38 years of international experience leading complex, multi-billion-dollar construction and infrastructure projects across the USA, Canada, Europe, MENA, and Asia Pacific.

At LEAD Development, he oversees the execution of Jubail Island and other master-planned communities, upholding world-class standards in design, sustainability, and delivery. His UAE portfolio includes landmark projects such as the Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, and the Anantara Resort & Residences, alongside a former CEO role at ASTECO Development Management, where he directed an AED 10 billion mixed-use portfolio.

His global track record spans net-zero campuses, luxury resorts, embassies, and large-scale urban developments — from the Burgenstock Resort in Switzerland to major infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia and healthcare developments in Doha.

A registered Professional Engineer, Said holds a Master’s in International Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering from Ohio University, and is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.

Firas brings with him over 25 years of experience in real estate and industrial development, project and programme management, contracting, and construction. He has a proven track record of successfully managing major portfolio projects and establishing regional business units for leading companies in the MENA region and worldwide.

Throughout his career, Firas previously held senior roles in a number of global companies, where he oversaw the complete development lifecycle of a portfolio of Government & Private Housing, Infrastructure and Industrial projects, including the Emirati Housing Programme.

Firas holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Architectural Engineering from the University of Mosul, Iraq.

Mieke is a senior marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in premium real estate across the UAE. Known for her strategic clarity and creativity, she crafts campaigns that accelerate sales, elevate brand equity, and earn high-impact media exposure. Her approach blends data insight with bold storytelling to consistently deliver strong ROI for multimillion-dirham developments.

She holds a bachelor’s in development & Remedial Education from Ghent University and a graduate certificate in Marketing Management from Harvard Extension School, bringing a unique fusion of behavioral expertise and marketing innovation.

Andrew brings with him over 30 years of experience in commercial management, contract administration, and project management across a wide portfolio of masterplans, as well as commercial, hospitality, retail, and leisure developments. He has substantial experience leading commercial teams in the UAE and KSA, implementing commercial processes across multibillion-dirham portfolios of projects.

Andrew previously held senior roles in several global companies, where he was instrumental in the initial master planning, design stages, procurement, and contract administration for multiple projects.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Quantity Surveying and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

His expertise encompasses development strategy, financial feasibility, project governance, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary team leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in collaboration with international consultants, operators, and government entities.

Nada is a qualified Architect with BSc. In Architectural Engineering, RIBA, ARB, and member of Building (MCIOB).

Mohammad’s has over 27 years’ experience in the planning, design, tendering, construction supervision and project management of mega-developments, mixed-use and infrastructure projects in both the United Arab Emirates and Jordan. He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering.
