The Al Dhaher Mazyad Development is a landmark project under the Emirati Housing Program, currently being developed in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) and the Abu Dhabi Projects & Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC).
This new community in Al Ain embodies the UAE’s vision of providing modern, high-quality homes for Emirati families, combining national heritage, comfort, and contemporary living.
