Figure 1 in page 6 shows the location of Al Muntazah Office Building and the site analysis, the plot area is 1394 sq. m and the building consist of 6 offices floors, Mezzanine, ground floor and three basement parking floors with total BUA 18, 265 sq. m; the building design aims to simplify façade system by accentuating the luxury through simplicity.
