Job Summary
As Lead’s PR Manager, you will drive strategic communications to enhance the company’s reputation (and projects) across key stakeholders including media, government, partners, clients, and the public—through innovative campaigns. You will own the full PR lifecycle: developing strategies, executing media relations initiatives, and measuring impact to build a favorable brand image. Your work will directly influence perceptions among employees, candidates, influencers, and target audiences, ensuring alignment with our corporate vision.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with the PR Agency, and liaise on all required support.
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies and plans.
- Plan, budget, and execute high-profile media events (Press conferences, launches, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, HR, etc..) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Lead creation of all PR content including press releases, feature, Q&As, factsheets, talking points, speeches, leadership biographies, boilerplates, and briefing notes.
- Oversee development of marketing materials including newsletters, emailers, website content, and social media posts.
- Monitor and protect corporate reputation of LEAD and its affiliated projects, through proactive media management.
- Handle media inquiries and coordinate executive interview.
- Track media for coverage and prepare performance analytics.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders including government, partners, media, and influencers.
- Identify and evaluate partnerships/sponsorship opportunities.
- Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends to inform strategy.
- Develop Crisis Communication protocols and holding statements (as needed).
- Establish and monitor PR Department KPIs.
Technical Competencies
- 7+ years of PR experience in real estate/luxury sectors.
- Proven success in integrated (traditional + digital) campaigns.
- BSc/BA in PR, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Native-level Arabic/English copywriting and editing skills.
- Experience with AI tools for content generation and PR analytics.
- Portfolio of successful PR campaigns with measurable results.
- Expertise in planning high-profile media events.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
