The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority and LEAD Development today announced the official opening of the Sales Center for the Al Dhaher Residential Project in Al Ain, a step that reflects their shared commitment to supporting Abu Dhabi’s direction toward providing sustainable, high-quality residential communities for Emirati citizens.

Developed in strategic partnership with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) and the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC), Al Dhaher will deliver contemporary villas supported by integrated infrastructure and community amenities, with a focus on quality of life, long-term sustainability, and the evolving needs of Emirati families.

Located in Al Ain’s Al Markhaniyya District, the new Sales Center will serve as the focal point for eligible UAE Nationals under the ADHA housing program, providing beneficiaries with direct access to project information, villa options, the master plan, and ongoing development updates, while supporting them throughout the selection and sales process.

The opening of the Sales Center represents an important step in strengthening direct engagement with beneficiaries and providing them with a clear, seamless experience throughout their home-selection journey.
