With a career spanning over 26 years, he occupies several prominent executive positions within UAE-based companies and serves as a board member in numerous reputable investments, finance, real estate, and trading institutions throughout the GCC region. Furthermore, H.E. Hamad Rashid Al Nuaimi holds the roles of Chairman and Board Member in various government and private institutions, including investment firms.

Mounir Haidar is a seasoned expert in developing massive infrastructure projects and a successful real estate property developer, with an impressive career spanning 40 years during which he has worked with globally renowned engineering, construction, and real estate development firms. Over the course of his professional career, he has successfully spearheaded and delivered a diverse portfolio of multi-billion-dollar projects, demonstrating his expertise in planning and realizing intricate infrastructure and newly built mega communities across the UAE, USA, and Europe. Mr Haidar was a key member in the planning and development of key real estate projects in Dubai including the Palm Island. He was the Chief Executive Officer for Sorouh Real Estate, a PJSC established in Abu Dhabi with a portfolio of more than $10 billion in real estate projects. In 2010, Mounir Haidar took part in the founding of LEAD Development, a comprehensive real estate development company. Under his leadership, LEAD Development, planned and delivered uniquely designed master-planned communities with a development value of more than $7 billion.

Dr. Sahli holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and is a licensed professional Engineer in the State of Virginia. During his 35 years of experience in real estate development, he has held key senior positions and delivered large-scale projects in the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Anthony has over 40 years’ experience as an architect and city planner, with extensive expertise in planning, designing, and managing large, complex mixed-use projects globally. He has successfully developed projects in 30 countries, employing a client-centric approach that ensures efficient and creative delivery, resulting in commercially successful built works. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, and dual Master’s degrees in Architecture and City Planning (with an emphasis on Environmental Design) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Ali holds a Master’s in Finance from the London School of Economics and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in both the UK and the UAE. He has worked in numerous sectors, including international real estate development and investment, healthcare, banking, and private equity.

During his 24 years’ experience in real estate development, Mahmoud has held managerial positions with major real estate developers in the UAE. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Architecture from the American University of Beirut and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU.

Rob is a property professional with over 30 years’ experience in real estate development, property and asset management and corporate real estate. He has held senior positions in multinationals and government entities and delivered significant projects and asset Management programmes in the Middle East, Africa,
and Europe. Holding a BBA Degree and an IMM Diploma in Marketing, he is an MRICS registered Chartered Surveyor.

Mieke has a passion for developing and growing brands and projects. As a Senior Brand and Marketing Strategist, she has more than a decade’s experience in real estate development marketing for multimillion-dollar companies and brands in the UAE, and has deep insights into what drives sales conversions, successful project launches and media attention.

A recognised Senior Development and Construction Executive with over 25 years of extensive professional experience obtained via appointments on major portfolio projects at local, regional, and worldwide assignments, and has developed Regional Business Units for leading companies in the MENA region and worldwide. Firas
has a particularised knowledge in National Housing Program in the UAE and has delivered mega Infrastructure & Housing Projects.

Isam is a Facilities and Properties Management specialist with over 35 years’ experience, and holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and FM. He has managed a variety of properties – from mixed-use residential and commercial to retail and hospitality.

Imad brings with him over 30 years of experience in managing companies, restructuring, change management, corporate governance, finance, management, and strategy. He has managed the finance function for a number of telecoms, IT, and EPC companies operating across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, as well as large projects worth over USD 1.3 billion. Imad holds a Master’s in Internal Audit and Finance from IAE Aix-en-Provence in France, and MSG in Finance and Strategy from the University of Paris XIII, and CISA and CISCA certifications from ISACA in the USA.

Andrew brings with him over 30 years of experience in commercial management, contract administration, and project management across a wide portfolio of masterplans, as well as commercial, hospitality, retail, and leisure developments. He has substantial experience leading commercial teams in the UAE and KSA, implementing commercial processes across multibillion-dirham portfolios of projects.

Andrew previously held senior roles in several global companies, where he was instrumental in the initial master planning, design stages, procurement, and contract administration for multiple projects.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Quantity Surveying and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Ahmed has 23 years’ experience in the delivery of sophisticated projects. He worked in several senior roles within some of the most reputable organisations, including Main Contracting, Program/Project Management, and world-class oil company, in iconic multibillion-dollar sector experience in luxury commercial, mixed-use, residential, five star hospitality and destination retail.

Over the course of her 20-year career, Senda has mastered the marketing process from concept to strategy and delivery, and champions target-based campaigns that serve the business strategy to drive record conversion rates. Senda graduated in Management and Marketing at the University of Tunis.
